Consultations are made by appointment. When you phone, the receptionist will arrange a time for your pet to see a Veterinarian. Many times we are able to arrange these appointments at short notice given urgency. Since we are a large practice, we are able to offer all day consultation times from:

8:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays
9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekends
9:00 am to 2:00 pm on public holidays

If you wish to see a particular Vet, then let the receptionist know when booking your pet’s appointment.

Our Vets will endeavour to provide the highest possible standard of care. The time taken to look after any particular problem is variable. On occasions there may be emergencies which will always take priority. If we are running late we ask for your patience and forgiveness, in the knowledge that you too will receive the same careful attention.

We have a large waiting room for your comfort complete with television and reading material. Feel free to browse through our merchandising area or if you have any questions our fully trained reception staff will be pleased to assist you.

Pet Restraint

For the safety of your pet and others please use a pet cage or lead at all times in the waiting room. If you do not have these, our team will provide you with a cage, or a complimentary lead.
