X-Rays

X-RayRadiographs can provide detailed information on your pet’s wellbeing. We are able to view into your pet’s chest and abdomen, check on possible broken bones, and the progress of surgeries. We can monitor for heart problems, disc disease and arthritis.

Our x-ray machine is capable of taking quality radiographs of everything from the largest dog’s abdomen to the smallest kitten’s paw.

The radiographs are automatically developed on site using an automatic developer so we have radiographs ready for viewing within minutes.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound imaging provides information on your pet’s wellbeing. This gives us moving images of the internal organs such as the heart, liver, spleen and bladder. Ultrasound machines use safe ultrasonic waves to help visualize the organ tissues. This unit is also of great value in pregnancy diagnosis where x-rays may pose a risk to the developing foetuses.
