Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express), debit cards, and cash.

There are no additional fees for using a credit card.

GapOnly® Payments

As a GapOnly® vet partner, we offer on-the-spot claims for eligible pet insurance policies through GapOnly®. This means you only pay the gap amount (the difference between the vet fee and your insurance benefit) at the time of payment.

  • Claims through GapOnly® must be processed during their business hours.
  • To avoid delays, please notify our Customer Service Team at check-in if your pet is insured with a GapOnly® partner.

Pet Insurance (Non-GapOnly® Providers)

If your insurer is not partnered with GapOnly®, full payment is required at the time of your visit. You can then lodge a claim directly with your insurer.

  • For some insurers, we can submit electronic claims on your behalf.
  • If direct lodgement isn’t available, we will provide your invoice and vet notes to assist with your manual claim submission.

Important Information for Insurance Claims

For all insurance claims, GapOnly® or otherwise, please provide:

  • Your pet’s insurance policy number
  • The start date of the policy

Payment & Admission Terms

  • Consultations and Discharges: Full payment is required at the time of your visit.
  • Orthopaedic Surgeries: A 50% deposit of the total surgery cost is required at least 24 hours before the scheduled procedure.
