(University of Melbourne, 2018)
Angel was born and raised in Melbourne, and already knew her dream was to become a vet when she was 9 years old. She completed her veterinary studies at the University of Melbourne before spending some time working in sunny Far North Queensland treating everything from dogs and cats, to turtles and snakes. She started at Moorabbin Veterinary Hospital in 2021, and has special interests in behavioural medicine, dentistry, wildlife and exotics.
“My favourite thing about being a vet is providing a voice for animals and helping my clients understand their pets better” ~ Dr Angel Chu
Angel loves hiking, weightlifting, meditating, travel photography and trying out new restaurants around Melbourne’s foodie scene. Her favourite animal is the wolf, and her dream is to one day visit a wolf sanctuary in North America. Angel is able to speak conversational Cantonese and Mandarin.
